Please be advised that WE DON’T bill MEDEX/ MEDICARE and when MEDICARE is a primary insurance we are unable to obtain reimbursement from any secondary/ supplemental insurance.

We do not bill Worker’s compensation or personal injury/ PIP claims, but we are happy to provide an itemized receipt for patients to submit for reimbursement .
